Receptionist and Technical Support


  • Greeting and directing visitors and employees with professionalism, courtesy, and according to established processes and policies
  • Assisting with administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating as needed
  • Providing basic technical support within MI’s proprietary systems and remote worker support
  • Coordinating efforts across departments
  • Collating information on system updates
  • Supporting best practices and security standards
  • Contributing to other support work as needed


  • Two (2) years of experience working in handscoring, technical support, and/or administrative roles
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Project management experience a plus
