Marketing Manager for PEG Products

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the development of marketing strategy to attract new customers through marketing campaigns
  • Directing the Change Management Process and collaboration with technology management to set product priorities for enhancements and version releases
  • Supervising the sales team
  • Developing appropriate social media outreach for both marketing and support
  • Measuring and reporting the success of the marketing plan by tracking appropriate predefined measures
  • Monitoring program usage and providing customers with post-sales support via the sales team for increasing usage
  • Attending educational conferences, sales presentations, and client meetings to provide product demonstrations, program features, and product overviews
  • Providing documentation to clients announcing product updates, best practices, and program enhancements
  • Ensuring communications with trial account customers and leads to convert to opportunities
  • Conducting presentations through webinars and on-site locations to potential clients
  • Managing outside sales representatives and tracking their activity
  • Reporting accurate sales projections, trial enrollments, and account activities to management
  • Performing other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Proposals and Marketing.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, educational technology, marketing, or related field
  • Teaching and/or administrative experience
  • Experience with LMS platforms
  • Excellence in writing, editing (multiple media), presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of educational assessment practices
  • Knowledge of major marketing channels
  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
